ACH / Electronic Funds Transfer / Credit Card

You may pay your Meredith Vantage invoice using either of the following options:

Bank Transfer: Transfer funds directly from your bank with no additional fees.

Credit Card: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Debit cards are not accepted.

Please ensure you enter your company name in the Client ID field.

QuickFee Client Payment Guide

Easily pay your invoice online through the QuickFee Payment Portal.

  1. Start Your Payment
    1. Go to https://meredithv.com/make-payment/ and select Pay Now
  2. Enter Payment Details
      1. Have the following ready:
        1. Invoice number(s) & amount(s)
        2. Client ID (or your last name)
        3. Billing address & phone number
        4. Email address (for your receipt
  3. Depending on payment type:
    1. Credit Card: Cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVV
    2. ACH/EFT: Account name, routing number, account number, and account type (checking or savings)
  4. Confirm & Submit
    1. Review your details carefully
      1. Check the authorization box
      2. Click Submit to complete your payment
      3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt
  5. Optional: Create a QuickFee Account
    1. Click Sign Up on the top right corner of the payment page
    2. Enter your email and create password
    3. Confirm via the email sent by QuickFee
    4. Once logged in, you can:
      1. Save payment methods for future use
      2. View past payments
      3. Manage account preferences


Tip: ACH is always free. Credit cards include a 3% processing fee.
